Why can't I post in General Discussion? Keep getting an error message.

"New thread cannot be created due to either you have reached to your daily limit or your main character's level is not high enough."

Any ideas? This is my first post so there's no way I reached a daily limit, and my Arcanist is level 6. I've seen people post from level 1 characters.

you aren't a high enough level.

You have to have a character over level 15 to start posting in the other areas. Google search and you will find a chart that shows the limits. Think it was on Zam.

I'm getting the same error as well. I take that's the reason why there are so many topics here at tech support

When you select your character, do you have it set in game to the class that is above level 15?
