    Same issue, Possible fix (no text ui bug)

    So I had this exact same issue and I couldn't find anything on the forums as to a fix then I remembered having a similar issue in The Old Republic and tried the same fix there: turning off my Teamspeak Overlay plug-in. I also tried running as admin at the same time. Now I cannot confirm if it the was the overlay or the admin right that fixed it but if you use TS you can remove that overlay by going into Settings->Plugins and unchecking the box next to "Teamspeak 3 Overlay Plugin". Hope this helps some, maybe not all and if you don't run TS then try the admin rights fix to do this just right click on the program icon and click "Run as Administrator" if this works I suggest making it a permanent thing for the program by right clicking on the icon and going to Properties->Compatibility and check the box that says "Run this program as an administrator".     A Fresh re-installation of the game has fixed the issue for me.

    So I can only assume there was a plugin issue somewhere.
