Mog station not updated with PS3 service

I purchased FFXIV from the PS store. The service is listed on my PS network account. After downloading and attempting to access, I can't access the game.
1. The error says to contact SE support.
2. The Mog Station says that it has to be updated with the PS3 service which is not accessible through the Mog station.
The question is, if I purchased the game from the PS store, why is it not listed in the Mog station?

Have you bought it from the US Store or the EU Store?

Purchased mine from NZ PS Store which is/should be EU.

Thank you for the information. At this point I don't even care if I can play the game or not. I am just concerned that I purchased something and it appears to be defective.
I just would like to see the game load so I can watch the servers being full like everyone else.

Seriously, I am not just being upset about this. I don't even care to play anymore. I just want SE to respond to anything and say, we are aware or we are working on that, or something.

yes at the very least an official we are aware of the problem would be nice 21 house since purchase now and service still not recongnised

I've already send them 2 tickets...and they don't asnwer....i want to play.....
