I checked your character on lodestone. You aren't wearing the summoner body piece. Have you finished the level 50 job quest?

Not sure if this has been answered, but can you use high quality weapons for the melding. Or does it have to be standard.

Just a quick confirmation, the Scholar quest does tell you to get the right book and materia, I can confirm that as of today. Can't say about the summoner one, but the first post is accurate about Scholar.

Does anyone know if you can use the pre-relic weapon (as in, let it get bound to you) and it's still eligible for quest turn in?

Just from reading your guide it seems to be pretty "easy" to obtain the best weapon in game. How much time will it take to get it if you got a good group of People doing the fights?

Best Weapon in game should take some time to obtain...or am i the only one thinking that way?

the guide is...have relic weapon and buy X3 thavnazian mist. go north shroud hyrstmill trade relic + 3 items and its done

HM Titan isn't easy. Most people get stuck there.

How much time depends on how long you get stuck on Titan.

I can confirm the HQ version works. My brother accidentally had me put a battledance 2 on his sword, so I gave him my HQ double melded Aeolian Scimitar and he was able to turn it in for the quest.

After clearing D'horme Chimera, but before finishing the relic (so you don't have the actual step open anymore) is it possible to help someone out who needs it so they can catch up?
