Just what is the "broken" weapon found in the beast area? Is it a mob drop or ground spawn? I ran all over Nathalan and never saw/found it.

Help! I've done the quest for the smn weapon up to the stage where I am required to slay 24 sylphee in East Shroud. However, even though I have equipped the unfinished Veil of Wiyu and slayed the correct mobs, the slay count still remains as 0/8. Also, there is no quest mark above the mob.

Does anyone know what have I done wrongly?

p/s: This is not the first relic I am doing - I have completed other relics w/o any problems before

Most probably killing the wrong Sylph, if I remember correctly the Sylph that you need to kill are pretty deep inside though I can't really remember which part of the map as I did my SMN relic quite a while back.
You must kill the Sylph with the quest marker otherwise it will not count, so I guess you just have to go around the area till you find them

Now to buy the bottle of "Radz-at-Han Quenching Oil" it needs 225 Allagan Tomestones of Mythology.

Hydra and Chimera can also be fought through Duty Finder now as well. Definitely worth the update--Titan is the only problem anymore.

completed step 8 . onward to step 9 . i go to the location to " discover portal" like i did with chimera but there is no access point or discover option available at dungeon location. what am i missing (( completed all steps and quest prolog to end of step 8))

Necro powers confirmed. Assuming youre referring to the steps in the order listed on the first page of this thread, then step 9 is... complete level 50 dungeon Amdapoor Keep. You might have to talk to rowena/gerolt before this counts(make sure theyve sent you for the glyph before you do the dungeon). If the issue is that you cant enter said dungeon, then complete the dungeon unlock quest first.
