1.) Select "Cure"
2.) Promted to select a target
3.) Press UP/DOWN to select party members from party list
4.) Nothing happens

This is true for both Target Mode A and Target Mode B.

This issue was not displayed under the current known issues for Patch 1.17. Is the Dev team aware that the revisions to targeting do not work while targeting?

It is essential that players are able to quickly and reliably target party members.
