    Travel to each zone, in each zone click on Duty button in bottom right of screen, select recommendations, find the Main story quest that way.

    Not sure if there is a guide out there yet... probably not since nothing past level 30 was ever tested ... but you may be able to look up your completed log and ask around for what comes next.
