support chat keeps kicking me out of the queue when i get to the single digits and i have to start at the back again, i just need a NA preorder code, they gave me two for other regions and sony refuses to fix it saying it squares mistake they need to replace it. if i can't redeem it i don't get the items. i already missed early access at least give me the hat and doll (T~T)
