OK, SE, I get that it is launch day, but seriously I've been on hold with your phone support for NA for well over 4 hours now (Talk about patience! I have it, but it's wearing thin.) The code that came with my physical collectors edition is invalid, and will not apply to my account (This code's region is inapplicable). I tried your chat "support" no luck there either. All I get anywhere is "All available customer support representatives are currently busy"...yada yada yada. I tried sending you guys a ticket on Saturday, when my EA code wasn't going through (Luckily, a buddy had an extra code that applied [thankfully] to my account).
The problem is I moved from the EU to the NA region (Now living in bright and sometimes stormy Florida...yay!). So I had to order the NA version, but my account is still EU. Honestly, SE, would it be that much to ask that we could switch our regions like every other option in our accounts? I can, after all, switch my state, my zip code, my address...and everything else. What gives?
All I'm asking for is a little bit of help. Not even 5 minutes of a representative's time.
