Additional product code purchase

I just created a ticket for this, but I have had very little luck with email support. I decided to ask about this here as well, in hopes that it would get more attention. I just hope it is visible through all the excrement being flung around....

My Issue:
I have two service accounts for FF14:ARR. I applied my retail product code to the first account. I planned to purchase another product code from SE for the second account, but I have not been able to figure out how to do so. Is this option unavailable right now, or am I just not looking in the right place?

This thread got buried by all the complaint threads, and I now have a different question related to the same issue. Is the current suspension of all sales the reason we can't purchase additional product codes through the service center? If so, can we expect to be able to make such purchases any time soon?

I really want to get started with multiboxing 3-4 characters soon

Pretty sure it's all locked down atm. No new sales. Someone correct me if i'm wrong...

SE's KB articles have always stated that the product codes will be available "after launch", so I thought "after launch" meant the 27th or 28th. They suspended digital download sales a couple days after launch, and suspended all sales a few days ago. The product code purchases were never an option.

Some official clarification would be nice, but I'm not really in a big hurry

Edit: I finally got a code by purchasing a digital download from Gamestop once those sales were re-opened. Gamestop's digital download system is piss-poor at best, but I was eventually able to get my code.
