I just created a ticket for this, but I have had very little luck with email support. I decided to ask about this here as well, in hopes that it would get more attention. I just hope it is visible through all the excrement being flung around....

My Issue:
I have two service accounts for FF14:ARR. I applied my retail product code to the first account. I planned to purchase another product code from SE for the second account, but I have not been able to figure out how to do so. Is this option unavailable right now, or am I just not looking in the right place?
