square enix..... please READ THIS for server solution idea

square enix..... if you haven't noticed, you have alot of pissed off customers, people who are starting to get refunds, and your game is starting to go downhill really fast. The following idea is something that would solve a bit of the issues, make allot of people happy, and would allow you to fix the NA servers on your own time.

1. Kick afk players. Alot of people have said it, but nothing is being done about it.

2. Announce/allow free server/world transfers later (within 1month of server problems being fixed.) This would combat multiple things.
A. This would allow us to create a char on the JP server (which isn't over populated) and transfer from it at a later date.
B. This would show that your company cares, as alot of your customers are feeling very shafted and uncared for, like they aren't and not wanting to be your customers anymore.
C.I know of at least 40 people at my work that would be more then willing to create on a JP server, if we had some kind of confirmation that would could transfer to NA server once the issues are resolved. This option would take no additional work currently to implement/offer.

3. add a queue. Ok, so I realize this one may not be the easiest to implement due to other issues currently, and due to the fact that there is a queue in place untill you get over a certain number within the queue, then it bombs out, but seriously, if your dev's have the ability, even with taking down the servers for 2-3 hours, I say do it.

If those 3 things are taken care of, you will make allot of people happy. everyone, please LIKE this post if you like the ideas. I know there are some of these ideas already out there, but this topic covers all 3 in a respectful way. Please don't muddy this post by posting trash talk, i want to try and use this post as an idea for SE.

4-DO NOT advertise some thing like as part of a preorder...EARLY ACCESS. Companies get taken to court and LOSE all the time for making promises in a sale and basically lying about it. At least in the US that is.

5-Next time you make and sell a game assume all the preorders are actually going to USE THE PROMISED PREORDER ITEMS and make sure you have enough of it!

I keep hoping the message for 1017 was just a poor translation of a Japanese message that makes sense.

"This World is currently full. Please wait until an opening is available and try again." So basically, I need to use my keen sense of knowing when there is an opening and attempt to enter the world at just that moment. So far my ability to sense this "opening" was wrong....how many times do you think I could attempt and 2.5 hours?

all they need is a queue, then the vast majority of people will be fine, they can join a queue, see how long they have to wait, and do other-things instaid of spamming re-connect (wich btw, spamming connect uses up far more resources than queue.
They don't even need to develop one, since they already have one in place, they just chose to limit it to a tiny tiny amount of people
