5 second delays? Possible server side issue?

First off let me start by saying that I love this game and feel like this has the potential to be the next big thing. My only problem is that during my gameplay I consistently encounter 5 second delays and its causing me problems when I attempt to do dungeons, story quests and fates as well. I've checked my own internet and router and everything seems fine so maybe its a server side issue possibly? Does anyone have a possible fix for this in the meantime?

I've been having crazy lag all afternoon as well, and my connection is perfectly fine otherwise. I sure do love the dc's it's been causing, and sitting in the 1017 line for an hour each time. What a god damn embarrassment this launch has been.

Well I haven't been disconnected at all today but the delay is making everything a pain in the ass to be honest lol
