having this issue as well, but not on cox or any isp mentioned here, been having this random 90k everyone 5 mins to 30 mins, issue started after they added more servers on the first September maintenance, had the tech guy from my ISP come out to check everything, even tried 7 different VPNs, none helped, it only got worse after second and 3rd SE maintenance, I am 100% sure this is NOT our ISP issue.

so SE... please at least let us know you are looking to resolve this? I know we are not the majority of your player base, but enough is enough, this silence from you guys is really disturbing way of handling customers.
