After this last maintenance I started experiencing this rubber banding issue. I'm also out of Buckeye, AZ (just west of Phoenix) using Cox Cable. Prior to the patch, it just seemed like I had a moderate delay. The whole thing where you have to be out of the red circle a second before it disappears or you'll get hit, and I can start running with over 0.5 seconds left on my cast time, etc. Now I have that plus the lag spike every 5-7 seconds or so. So is this an issue with Cox Cable? Or is there something that SE can actually do about this routing problem? Here is my tracert.
