When you look at the fact there are few who have the ISPs in this thread. while others in the same area as you who are on a different ISP who don't have the problem. It's clear on who is at fault.

How can it be the isp, so many ppl from so many countries with so many different isp's sudden get this issue after the update, so all those different isp's in all those different countries suddenly decided all at the same time to start throttling?

And then only cousin this issue in ffxiv? not in any other mmo? Not logical. if you read all the posts from ppl that have investigated this, incl. my self you will see that there is one cimularety for all of us: te0-4-0-3.ccr21.ymq02.atlas.cogentco.com - No response from host
