    Level 3 email rejected from 3 accounts.Finally through to customer services at Level 3.They can't comment if they are the Hosts for the Servers.They also cannot act to help unless directed to by SE, apparently.So back to Square 1.I suppose the more people that whine to SE the better, whether this be through forums or over the phone or by filling in a report via the game or the management system.

    Two identical PCs here - same connection, probably the same cabling to the router since we'd have bought that at the same time from the same shop too, same ISP and everything - last night both getting the r0 spikes like we've been getting all week - but I was getting various disconnections and my husband wasn't. Only difference being kitty V falafell which I doubt has an impact upon connection status.

    Can cope with a night of a few disconnects - but the eyewatering lag spikes and catch ups are grim!

    I like that you're so dedicated - it makes me feel a little less like some sort of customer service stalker. I'm not with Sky (USA, AT&T U-verse), but I've been in constant contact with SE and my ISP since the start of my lag issues. At best, I get more troubleshooting options as a response...

    Some more information on my issue:
    - The problem persists if I log on another PC. I tried on other 3 PCs and keeps happening on this one character.
    - My wife logged on my PC and played just fine with any of her characters.
    - Last night I started a new character on the Balmung server. Played for over 4 hours and didn't have any issue. Then I got back to Lamia, on my main, and had the same r0 problem. I ended being killed near Little Ala Mingo and, whenever I clicked to return to the crystal, I got either the 10105 or the 90000 error. Got back to the alt and kept playing.

    My Fault

    I have spoken to Sky and posted on their forums.
    I have put in an in game ticket, reported by e-mail and just come off the phone from SE.

    Both Sky and SE say that it is not there fault, and although SE are saying that someone at some level is talking to Sky as, and I quote "only Sky customers are affected" I have trouble putting any store in that bit of news.

    As it is not Sky's fault, and it is not SE's fault that leaves me! so sorry everyone for causing all this hassle, but to be honest I don't know how to put it right......

    Haha, your posts gave me a laugh, thanks. As for your avatar it SHOULD update automatically.. I'd go into your account settings and try reselecting your main character or something.
