Problems with connection (R0) lag

As said in another post, me too have a huge problem...game is unplayable last 2 days. Maybe they will wait until 5 octomber when the free month ends and see how many left over and if the problem is still persists, but the point is I have canceled the automatic renewal BECAUSE of this problem...

This thread has been running for over a month now, close to 500 posts and still zero answer from SE, I'm very disappointed in the customer service at this point. I my self do not have the r0 issues anymore (payed vpn) but now my friend has it, I think having working servers should be your top priority especially since we are all paying for this.

New content and stuff is all fine and dandy but does nothing for when the server is unplayable. It would be very nice if there was some response of any sort on this, and plz not the same story with the "it's your ISP" we have all shown you that it's a problem on your end.

Also I would like to know what the future plan in with the data centers, are we all still going to have to connect to CA? or are we actually getting an EU data center on the EU servers?

Lag for me as well on Brynhildr server. Internet runs fast and works fine, clearly I'm not the only one with this issue.

Phoenix here. Been unplayable this week past 8pm. It all starts around 6pm. Everyone is flying all over the place. Freeze 1-5 sec, then everything speeds up to catch up. Work all day to come home to this, Unacceptable!

Try getting evidence together with something like winMTR that will log the activity over a duration so you can track the trends in your connection. You can use this information to report it directly to SE, your ISP or even identify issues on your own end (i.e. you see packet loss or high latency directly from your router or external IP).

This spike lag must end SE. The free period is over, we PAY now.
I play from Italy and never had problems with FFXI/FFXIV 1.0 /FFXIV ARR (Alpha/Beta/and early access+some lunch days until weeks ago that lag spikes started). I have play other MORPG like Phantasy Star Online 2 in JP servers, never had any lag problems.
Wonder if all this lag spikes started when they separated duty finder servers, or maybe they did something to block RMT and now we are fucked. Or maybe is this RMTs thata re breaking the servers? I don't know, I know only I want play this beauty game BUT CANT!

i just failed 5 times on hydra and about 10 times on ifrit, i dont think i have been this pissed since say launch of the game
