Problems with connection (R0) lag

Phoenix here. Been unplayable this week past 8pm. It all starts around 6pm. Everyone is flying all over the place. Freeze 1-5 sec, then everything speeds up to catch up. Work all day to come home to this, Unacceptable!

Try getting evidence together with something like winMTR that will log the activity over a duration so you can track the trends in your connection. You can use this information to report it directly to SE, your ISP or even identify issues on your own end (i.e. you see packet loss or high latency directly from your router or external IP).

Anyone word from them on this yet? Scared to pay for a sub if its still unplayable. I know they read through this because of my 10 day ban for saying 1 curse word.
