I have spoken to Sky and posted on their forums.
I have put in an in game ticket, reported by e-mail and just come off the phone from SE.

Both Sky and SE say that it is not there fault, and although SE are saying that someone at some level is talking to Sky as, and I quote "only Sky customers are affected" I have trouble putting any store in that bit of news.

As it is not Sky's fault, and it is not SE's fault that leaves me! so sorry everyone for causing all this hassle, but to be honest I don't know how to put it right......
