If you open up your windows Task Manager, and open resource monitor, you will be able to locate the IP address of the server you are connecting to via the network statistics monitor. Just make sure you're playing when you access it.

I'm having similar lagging issues, but for me, it looks like a video issue and not a connection issue. How are you guys able to tell that it's your connection bugging out and not something else? Is there an actual "R0" indicator like there was in FFXI?

yes i would get r0 for a couple of secs. and everyone just stands around. Then everyone catches up. during all this i am running at constant 60 fps
It's the signal bar icon on the top right hand corner.

Also having this issue (UK - EE ISP)
bump

I had this issue Sunday (around 1-5am PDT), while playing on Durandal (JP Legacy) and Fenrir (JP). I also experienced it Monday on Migardsormr (NA). I somehow managed to play on and off at various times yesterday and this morning with no incidence of it on Migardsormr.
I'm in the SF Bay area on Comcast (or I guess it's supposed to be Xfinity now).
What types of routers?
I went from running an Asus RT-AC66U to my Asus RT-N66U (AC Technology clearly isn't ready) and things went back to normal. No lag, perfect gameplay and such.
