Ok, nice phone call.The call I made yesterday was taken seriously and the email to tech team was sent as promised.Sky now collecting all calls and data about this problem and have realised how big it is.They are escalating it to level2 to be investigated.I feel happy, something is being done about it and they said it seems like some sort of compatability issue.I shall keep updated as and when I find out more information.

I have also had the same issue since Tuesday the 14th. I've contacted both SE and Sky. Hitting brick wall on both fronts. However SKY are supplying me with a new router, free of charge. For all the good it will do.Best of luck to everyone and hope the issue gets resolved quickly.
Router won't change anything, I'm sorry for you, it's definitely a SE issue ^^
Yeah knew it wouldn't do a thing. Found the whole conversation with SKY quite amusing. The girl had no clue what i was on about. "Hey here is a free router for you hope that helps, thank you for calling" lol.
Just adding to the thread to say with Sky (fibre) and another customer with the same lag and r0 problems. Good to see from Parvania that Sky seem to be looking into it, but would be nice to hear a bit more from SE's end. The more people that post hopefully the higher chance they will.
I'm going to phone SE again on Monday and ask for their feedback on the situation.
Verizon fios in Florida. Packet loss is extreme today, I log in and am frozen till I 90k and dc.editing to note I am connecting to Balmung rp server.. not my home server of masamune.

Now back to the Verizon FIOs problem, i suggest all u fios users go spam the verizon forums and call for higher tier support over the phone
