Problems with connection (R0) lag

+1 on sky issues- based in London. Spent almost an hour in a horrible CT last night, as a healer, rubber banding like mad with receive of over 30k at times. Also contributed to me getting some crappy loot that i didn't want and locking me out for a week as I was sat looking at Acheron frozen for 2 minutes at the end while everyone else passed and left the building :/

also with Sky (not fibre) and i am rubberbanding like crazy in instanced areas making it unplayable for any of the good content

Sky Unlimited here as well. Very rarely experienced any lag with this game in 1.0 or 2.0, until about 2 weeks ago. For the past 3 days the lag spikes have been increasing in frequency up until today where they occur just about every 10-15 secs.

If everyone that's with Sky could contact their customer support either via phone or email hopefully it'll help them actually acknowledge the problem and get it fixed. I did a quick Live Chat session with a Sky representative and they didn't really take on board what I was saying; just told me to contact Squre-Enix.

I've sent a more detailed email to them now, however. Hopefully if they get multiple support requests / complaints they'll actually have to do something about it.

(Also worth noting I emailed Square-Enix, too. They told me to try Port Forwarding (which had no effect) and then to contact Sky.)

Sky here as well, past week has been the worst, first time this has happened since launch (considered myself lucky, but now...lol). I feel like I'm playing any duty finder dungeon/anything else like I do with Odin: pause, game catches up, pause, repeat. And abilities not registering >.<

Started to get lag spikes within the last couple of days like everyone else, the game has become practically unplayable. I can't do any sort of serious content with my friends and it's making really annoyed... Hopefully we can get this sorted soon.

Know this doesn't help to resolve the issue but wanted to add that my partner and I are both UK Sky players, once again rubber-banding-like problems since Tuesday evening. Hoping with the sheer amount of people reporting the same problem someone's noticed and is looking into this. Had to stop playing because even walking around Limsa is proving impossible!

Yea im on Sky as well and yestaday i noticed a really noticeable different with lag in Titan EX. to a point where plumes were taking their time and Titan heart took like 10 seconds to appear.

Spoke with Sky, informed them of the information from the other threads regarding this issue. I was told that they'd monitor it now that I've brought it to their attention. Dunno if that was just to get rid of me, but...yeah.
