well, when you say "hardware" you have to know, that hardware device has an software also...![]()
And i dont think they dont have good hardware, because if that was the cause, then WE ALL had lag/problems... but right now, there are players who play smooth...
Posting here is useless anyway. After hundreds of pages of complains, we have 0 replies / resolution from SE.
Talked to my ISP, basically they said the problem is with the ISP's routing to the server's network.
Bumping this thread.
gonna bump the $hit out of this thread until someone from SE gets off their butt and gives us a reply.
From my understanding based on some news (i can't find the new post now) and reading on other forums. This is not a problem that SE can do much about besides complain to the ISP, because it's a problem with the ISPs routing and/or throttling.
I have a similar problem at work, with our own hosted servers. Every now and the i'm unable to access the servers because something is going wrong with a switch belong to my ISP not anything to do with our servers.
This is the nature of the internet. If this is really the first time you guys have run across this. I'll be amazed.

Apologies first of all as I'm not all good with this kind of thing, but are you saying that essentially since it's not an issue with SE, it's something we should be complaining to our ISP (i'm with Virgin Media) about? and if worse comes to the worst, SE kindly complain to our ISP and nothing is done, our best bet is to change our ISP?
You wont have to change ISP, becuase the game is new and most ISP's use a sandvine system for automated throttling. the ISP's just need to update the detection ruless.Apologies first of all as I'm not all good with this kind of thing, but are you saying that essentially since it's not an issue with SE, it's something we should be complaining to our ISP (i'm with Virgin Media) about? and if worse comes to the worst, SE kindly complain to our ISP and nothing is done, our best bet is to change our ISP?
When you look at the fact there are few who have the ISPs in this thread. while others in the same area as you who are on a different ISP who don't have the problem. It's clear on who is at fault.
Edit:
And for those who still don't believe this:
