It took them 3 days to respond to a 15k page thread during beta 4. Have fun waiting for an answer

Yep. Same issues. Mine usually turn into a 90k error.

Same, since September 2nd been having horrible lag followed by a 90k error (disconnect).
It's still happening after the 10 hour maintenance on September 4th.

Hey man, I'm also close by (In Astoria) and also on RCN. I was wondering if you were able to find a solution to the problem and/or any updates.

tracert is pretty indicative that the problem is on their end or a middleman for us

I am having the exact same problems, pinged all sorts of JP servers with no packet loss while all NA servers have a 25% packet loss in 100 pings.
This rendered me unable to tank in dungeons and cannot progress the game further because of this.

Square enix needs to either respond here and give us an explanation or enable the server transfers.

servers transfers will not help here, the same issue is reported by people from all servers / continents.
