While on Diablo server the queue is broken. I was getting 1017 error world is full message. But once when I was clicking in and out trying to get in the queue popped up and said 401 in queue and then kicked me. I just joined Malboro server and the queue said 3 and kept me in line until I was brought on. So maybe there is a maximum number of people allowed to be in queue. That is why 1017 errors are so common.
