    I think i somewhere saw that they mentioned that only quests relating the Grand Companies will be this patch and the Companies will be later.

    EDIT: Btw. also, after the Earthquake in Japan, there was info that patch 1.17 will be divided into two smaller sections and some things (i dunno if this part was there but how i understood it) might not get in.

    So there will be patch 1.17 and 1.17a

    Yeah, I know they are doing a patch 1.17a but when releasing the company page, right on lodestone main page, they said "better prepare for the Grand Company-related content being released in patch 1.17." like I quoted in my first post. Kind of disappointed that it may not be in Patch 1.17 as said yesterday because I move in a few weeks, and will have little to no game time for a few months afterwards.
