WHY? I was glad the exclamation points where on the map/mini map only, why over the heads? If you want to make it easier why not just have them all visible on the city map??? :S

Humm.. the exclamation mark has been over the heads already. But as soon as you accepted the quest, it disappeared. What they say here is that once you meet the objectives of the quest, the ! will appear again to let you know that you need to talk to the NPC to finish it.

Serious? ^_^ Wait I never see them because I have names toggled off! Ahhh ok thanks for clearing that up for me.
