I bought my game from one of the listed online stores that square-enix suggested. Both my pre-order promotional code and the retail registration codes were successfully added to my members account. The PS3 codes were given to me via the pre-order registration webpage (square-enix pre-order website) and the retail version on the back of the installation manual that came inside the case. Both of those PS3 codes according to the Playstation Network are no longer valid.

I did not get to take part in early access at all (not that big a deal to me) and it seems like I won't get my pre-order bonuses either. And now it looks like I won't even get to play on the day of the official release regardless of the status of the world servers.

The only means of receiving customer support (according to the support website) is through their email system which has yet to resolve my situation with the pre-order and I have little hope that they'll do any better on my retail version.

I am so infuriatingly frustrated that I've come full circle and have become calm once more. Right now, I'd just like some definitive answers as to what went wrong and how they plan to make things better.
