At this point I'm tapping out. I paid $30 for a game that doesn't let me play it, and Square doesn't seem to think there's a problem. It's become painfully obvious that your company doesn't seem to care about the ongoing issue. I've gone through many MMO launches before and know a lot of them have their rocky starts, but this one is Bad with a capital "B". I've only been able to play for 2 hours since Saturday night, and that must've been through a stroke of dumb luck cause 99% of the time they game won't let me log in.

So I'm done. If I knew that there was a light at the end of the tunnel then I'd probably give it a little more time, but again, you guys don't seem to have a plan or have given a window on when the login restrictions can be lifted. At this rate I don't even expect them to be lifted by even this weekend!

Please tell me what I need to do to request a refund, because you've lost a customer.
