I paid for this game over a month ago. I've played 1 time since early access started and had to start a character on a Japanese server to be able to play at all. This is totally unacceptable. I didn't PAY MONEY to not be able to play with my friends.. (I can't even create a character on their server, let alone log in and play on any NA/EU server period.) This type of thing is expected when you play a game with no monthly charges, but I'm not paying monthly to still have shit servers. This was the first game I've been genuinely excited to play in a long while...

If this stuff isn't fixed with in the next 7 days I'm taking my ass back to WoW.

I've played many games at launch. They've all had a couple of days of glitches and lag but, I was always about to actually get in the game. This game is seriously ridiculous. The lack of communication between company and players is beyond pathetic.
We got robbed basically.

The only MMO which had a flawless launch was Rift. That was it. All other MMOs I've played had launch issues (That include as far as I can remember, EQ, EQ2, VSoH, WoW, SWG, AoC, TSW and now FFXIV).
If you played MMOs, it's not that it's the norm or that is should be the norm, but it shouldn't come as a surprise.

(Also, I had no issues logging in today on Goblin this morning. No queues either.)
