Good Day I would like to report a very frustrating bug I'm sure you are working on but I feel I must make a statement about it anyway. The bug is "Error 1017" I realize that you do not want to overload the servers and that is fine. But why did you create a queue we players could sit in and wait for a spot to open up only to take it away and replace it with Error 1017. I read that your company was going bankrupt because of the terrible decisions with games you have been making. I would think this is another one. Why don't you go ask Blizzard what they did before they brought out Pandaria. They had a queue line to get in to worlds that was 5000+ people long on some worlds. and people were willing to wait in the queue because they knew that they could walk away and come back and they would eventually be in. But no one is willing to wait until "a spot opens up and try again later", considering that the people that have taken an hour clicking through all the options to get in and finally do get in are not going to log out ever again because they do not want to go through that hell again. Now Blizzards remedy for reducing that 5000+ queue line down was to buy more servers open them up and offer free transfer service to those realms for a week.
Maybe you should think about doing that seeing as you just got probably about 4.5 million dollars from the initial pre-order buys. stop making bad decisions before you lose all your players because you start charging them per month. No one is going to pay that for having to work at logging into your game.
