Seriously, bring the queues back, or at least have an official response that says more than just "sorry". Maybe even turn world transfer on early and get pressure off NA/EU. Even if you do build more servers as you've said, whats going to happen to the already overwhelming population on the existing servers? Are you going to increase the caps so that we can (dare I say) PLAY?
