    I received an email Today with the same order ID, but a different code... Confusion

    I entered the code in assuming that I had to to get my collectors edition items for my current account, but instead it added 2 final fantasy games to my list.... Am I being charged twice? I made absolute sure that the order number was the same as the one emailed to me on August 20th. I don't understand what is going on...

    They also sent me another early access code... Funny because early access is over....

    You shouldn't be getting charged twice if you didn't play the order twice.

    That is where my issue is. I stupidly put the code in thinking that it would give me my collectors items, but it added a second game to my games list.

    It was a trap! D=

    On top of that, my collectors items dont show up in the mog station or on my account.

    It's an automated system.. perhaps the automated system had a glitch and double sent you?
