    Two problems: No collectors edition items, and how do I see if a server has a slot?

    Ok, so I noticed I've yet to receive my collectors edition items which apparently were suppose to arrive today. I did pay extra for these items. I did get my moogle cap and minion, but where are the others?

    Second, when I try to log in, the message implies that I am able to see if there is availability on a server or not, I do not know where to look for this, where is this information available? On top of that, sometimes I am thrown in to a queue, which is absolutely okay, but why don't I always get thrown in to this queue? This makes no sense. Can I get a server transfer or anything?

    CE items should show up in the mail.

    To see if a server has a slot, you have to create a character. When you get to the select a world option, it will be grey if it is locked or lite up if it's open. ALL NA/EU servers are locked right now. JP has lots of open ones and only 6 locked ones.

    This doesn't help the fact that I've put in valuable time in a character, and now it's not accessible. Is there going to be compensation for the following month if I'm unable to play a character I've focused on so far? I know it's been only a few days, but the past few days is up to next week if I start now, next week being Monday. That's a week behind I would end up.

    I don't understand why a queue isn't in effect, or why the servers hadn't been reinforced and an auto kicker implemented with all the afk kiddies thinking they are helping.

    There are a million other threads on that topic. Read one of those. We are all very upset that we can't play right now. Your only options are to deal with it, or contact your bank and get a refund. I would hope SE would be smart enough to extend the free time of players. I mean in 1.0 they have months free to people. I don't see why they wouldn't do it here. Though right now everyone has 3 days extra. So hopefully they get this fixed in the next two days before the paid time kicks in.

    Part of the price for the game is to the first month of your gameplay time, as far as I know. Meaning, if you paid for the game, you paid for a month, which is considered "free" for buying the game. Keep in mind this is the third time they've released an mmorpg now? I wasn't around for FFXI so I don't know how that went. Regardless, the problem is fairly easy to fix, it just requires someone behind the wheel. If the game is this congested, obviously they sold a lot of copies, which means they can fund to strengthen the servers. I understand that this is Square Enix, however having said that, they combined the EU and NA servers? The EU and NA servers have double the population, with half the servers, while the Japan servers have half the population.

    So, where can I get my server transfer?

    You only receive the items once you input the registration code that came with your physical copy. Are you a legacy 1.0 player or did you purchase the ARR 2.0 Collectors Edition? Or did you purchase the digital collectors version?? It would help if you clarify because for each version the procedure to redeem and activate is different.

    Legacy 1.0 players who qualified do not have to input a registration code since they get the items for free (as far as I know)
    2.0 players who purchased the Physical Collectors Edition need to wait for the physical copy to arrive to input their CCE code for the bonus items.
    I don't know if the digital CCE has those in game items. sorry about that... its best I can help you with.

    Thank you for the information, I purchased the digital copy. It should be tied to my account via my early access code from what I had gathered from the emails and instructions.

    An update, the queue popped up for me a moment ago, less than 100 when I joined, meaning if the afk'ers or "Buttplugs" as my buddies and I call them, had logged out when they went away for a few hours, the congestion would be gone, and there would at least be a queue to get in. Not sure if anyone noticed that or anything.

    Also, does anyone know how many people one NA/EU server can hold?

    i didnt get my collector items either.. like everyone else
    just to let you know you need to enter ps3 code in redeem/ and product registation too on there website
