Square had a typo... your payment was a donation so no refund however their Thanks for your generosity is some new trailers, few minutes of game play, your personal 1017 screensaver/background and the ability to watch the opening cinematics infinitely till your hearts content. Oh and an entitlement to numerous apologies....

Yeap, I am contacting Sony now since I purchased mines on the PSN. They will be giving me a refund, I also will be filing a complaint against Square Enix.

I dont think so...i contacted sony support by phone and they told me that its not their fault because the purchase was done with sucess.the service is on our consoles...its SE fault...because the game doesnt recognize the service
