I own 1.0 CE but Mog Station has me as a standard account type.

I'm sorry if this has been asked a million times but I have been searching all weekend for an answer.

I played version 1.0 but not 1.5. It was my understanding that the 1.0 CE players would receive the 2.0 in game items. If this is not correct, I'm sorry.

In some way FFXIV must see that I have had CE because I created a new character and immediately in the mail I got my onion hat, but not the other items. I also can't seem to find a way to email SE support to see if they can fix the issue. I have dug out my 1.0 CE jewel case and have all activation codes I received and tried all the codes that would fit but they were all rejected.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Mine is 1.0 CE and says standard too. The standard is actually something different. It's marking your account as standard vs entry. When you subscribe, you can select standard or entry. Standard accounts can have more characters than entry level accounts.

Thank you for the response- As for getting the CE items that 2.0 gets, am I supposed to just continue to wait and this is as expected? I have seen people running around with the minion already. Any ideas?
