    I wonder how much of our perception of communications failures and indifference is based on the language barrier? Perhaps they should have added some North American support staff before the launch.

    Probably quite a bit. In Japan, all you have to do is say you're sorry and everything is hunky-dory.

    Not so much in the rest of the world.
