Right! It could even be a pop back to us with "Okay, sorry aside, we expect to either force realm transfers or have new hardware in by X date, please be patient, until then you get times x EXP gain per every hour you spend offline to make up" or something random, you know like an action plan with meaningful gestures.

Again, not bashing Yoshi or SE, I just want results or intent.

That's exactly what I'm hoping for. The customers and end-users I deal with would be really pissed if all I ever did was hand out generic apologies. Sometimes I tell them too much and it makes their head spin, but at least they know I'm on top of it and they're in the know.

... However, the second half of the announcement regarding increasing the capacity of our data centers was meant to also encompass North American and European data center Worlds and not just be limited to Japan data center Worlds.

We deeply apologize for causing concern amongst the North American and European community due to our lack of clarity. Capacity will be increased for data centers in all regions.
