Purchased the game got my code and they gave me my money back this happen to anyone??

Title says it all I bought the game and today I was checking my bank account and saw that I had the $29.99 back in my account I checked my holds and saw that the transaction had completed. I got the email with my code and I entered it and now my account is standard edition. My question is did they do something that gave people the game for free or was it just an error on their side with my transaction. I'm sure someone will say be happy you got the game for free but I honestly wanna know if any other people had this happen as well I don't really care if they fix it just want to know if it was actually intended or not.

I am actually in the same boat. The money's available and awaiting collection in my account, but they have yet to do so. They have, however, given me my code information.

They placeholder charged me when I made the preorder, but they have since removed it and I see no evidence of a true permanent charge on my statement. I personally was going to wait a tad to see if it sorts itself out, and contact customer support if I do not have a charge by tomorrow. I believe they are still in the process of giving out codes and services after all.

I recommend doing the same. I am absolutely sure they do not intend to give away the game for free (assuming you are a new). And well, you do not want them coming after you later saying you did not or opted from payment.

Well, they've given me my code ... but there isn't a 'pending' in my bank account and the code comes up as invalid. Last time I did this with SQ-E something like this happened. I'm guessing they used trained snails to lug the data from their store database to their account maintenance database. Eventually, it will take the money and eventually it will recognize the code but those snails .... yeah.

Little clues that the back-end of the SQ-E business is a duct-tape mess. Reminds me of a bank that had a shiny web front-end but everything behind it ... well, they literally had to look at one screen with the loan application and manually retype it into their mainframe. It was a mess.
