Adding Images to Posts

How do you add an image to a post? I've tried pasting but it does not work. It always says that my image is too large, but I'm using small images.

(Wrong thread, but..)

Click the "Insert Image" button, whilst creating a post.

It says
Please enter the URL of your image:

I don't have a URL, it's an image that's saved to my desktop.
What am I doing wrong?

Ok figured it out...
Right click on the image and select "View Image Info.
Paste that URL and your image will appear.
