Our problem is with Mogstation. We should see our account active and the 30 days but Mogstation does not acknowledge that we have bought the game. All that process should be automatic.
That's for registering the box game using 6-3-6-3 (XXXXXX - 000 - XXXXXX - 000) for your Square-Enix Membership profile, which is different to your Square-Enix Account for FFXIV service account. PS3/PSN redeem code (4-4-4) is what you use to get PS3 game client. When you launch the game first time, it will ask you for your SQEX account so it can tie your SEN to it. PSN digital copy does not have 6-3-6-3 code to add to Square-Enix Membership.
One SEN per SQEX, however you can have as many FFXIV service accounts as you want (if you want multiple character simultaneously), or one FFXIV service account if you want to be able to play WIN/PS3 one character at any one time.
Exactly the same. The Mog Station / Support Desk info simply says that the game should work without the need to enter any code (none being supplied). The game does not appear in your SE profile (mycosynth's link) and you can't register it as no product code.Same. And if you try to launch the PS3 client, you go through the initial stage, and up to the part where you were asked if you have Square Enix Account - where it used to have 2 buttons - now only showing "I currently possessed a Square Enix Account." option. Continue with that, you would not be able to change the Square Enix ID - greyed out, so it seems like the SEN-SQEX account tie-in is a success - however after the login, you'll get "No valid service account" error...
I'm stumped as to what to suggest next.
I'm willing to wait for SEN to sync up their digital purchase with SQEX, however I just came across that SE is suspending all digital sales at the moment...
I am having the same issue. I read somewhere, someone suggesting to update your se password via the PS3, but I have yet to figure that out.
Any update to this? I only have the PS3 as an option to play, and this is really annoying.
Does he have cookies enabled on the ps3? That seems to be the most common cause for this issue.
Try enabling cookies in the ps3 browser.
