No Pre-Order Codes Emailed

So, I am posting this for a friend. He Pre-ordered the game because he wanted to try it out since there was a big hoopla about FFXIV being so good. Anyway, he is now considering on canceling his pre order because he cant get into his SE account to order even after he made an account to buy it. He also has not received an email of any kind from SE with the pre order code so he can play early.

He did order the game straight from SE so I don't see a problem.

That's exactly what happened to me, and to many others, SE is ignoring this issue, or best said, ignoring us. It's all a nice joke from them -.-.

Wow.. this is the worst customer service ive seen. It seems like they are having a major meltdown.

tell your friend not to worry about not getting any codes, because then he would just be complaining about not being able to log in.

He decided to skip out on the game. he bought the digital version to download and he never got the codes. so he canceled the order.
