I don't think so, they should be on the back of your game case or inside the casing somewhere. It should say something along the lines of " PS3 FINAL FANTASY XIV : A REALM REBORN COLLECTORS EDITION BONUS ITEMS " Then code or look for something call a rights code.

Bonus items for the CE are tied to the registration code, so when you create the account you get the ingame stuff.

If you have an existing 1.0 account you will need to link it to your old account.

If you have a Early access account, when the time period is passed it will ask you to enter a valid registration code, you can follow Lord Derp's post to add it now.

Thanks for the info i just got into support and they told me the same thing that the registration code is for the bonus items.

help! I got the items but two of them (Baby Behmoth Minion and Coeurl Bell) won't work! I click them but it says "you do not have that item" even though I do cause I got them from the letter and then put them in my inventory and was trying to use them

please help cause I paid for this but now they won't work

did you use the items once?

once you use them that will give you a action in minions and mounts to call them, but the coeurl is called only once you unlock chocobos I think.
