Collectors edition issues

I don't know how many people got this issue but i am seriously confused about the collectors edition for the physical copy of FFXlV ARR and i tried contacting support and the live chat just booted me out just as i got number 1 on the waiting list.

So ok there two codes, the product registration code and the other is another registration code on the back of the manual, But here the thing i am wondering about the code that on the manual when you used it dose it enable you to get the bonus items for the ps3 version or is it just a registration code.

Reason i asked this the code did not came with the collectors edition for ps3 the bonus item code....
so if anyone knows what going on please let me know.

press x on the game disc. then triangle to intall... and follow the steps and u should get ur stuff..

Since you have a physical copy some of those steps might not work for you, but you can get an idea of what you are to do.

Hello Everyone Here is a quick tut/guide on how to get that Collectors Edition In-Game Items that we have all been waiting for!

Step By Step
Step 1

Go to https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...est=mogstation
Step 2

Log in to your account and hit Add Platform.
Step 3

Find your Original Purchase Receipt you got via Email and find your Digital Rights.
Step 4

Your top code is to be applied on the mogstation page, which we did in Step 2

~FACEPALM!~ Alright thanks for telling me this now i feel completely dumb.

What do i do with the earlier beta access game file can i still access the game threw that or do i have to delete it then reinstall the game?
