So day 1 while people are stuck with log in restrictions, there's room for gold spammers. There's one sitting on Ultros in Gridania spamming. Hours of 1017 and then this. This is definitely making me want to pay monthly for the game....

They had started in Beta 4 ...I am really not surprised that they are here in full force for EA and launch. It is ridiculous.

Fuck gold spammers, Ban Their Accounts for life!

Then make a thread or section for all the people you ban, like a wall of shame.

Just for the sake of accuracy, gold is not the currency here. RMT, or gil (farmer/seller) would be more appropriate. Now that I got that out of my system, I haven't come across any of them yet. Were they spamming shouts in town? I figure RMT will be a tad more difficult given what I learned from an aggravated phone call earlier today. You can't send anything through mail to anyone not on your friend list. Another thing I was told last week was that the game was released for China as well but they are on completely seperate servers. No idea where the dude I heard that from got the info but if I get bored enough I'll look it up.

Report their names. SE bans those with extreme prejudice, I got my account banned on accident because a guy was trying to get all of them and he wrote me an apology.
