why aren't they shutting the whole thing down and working on a solution rather than letting everyone get "world full" messages without so much as a queue to give you hope? why isn't there multiple notices posted on the opening screen and this forum informing us of their progress or their plans or simply acknowledging that there's an issue at all? why are na/eu servers shut down daily for emergency maintenance yet i haven't seen jp servers go down once? i just don't understand the process of what they're thinking...

as mad as i am after a long day at work, excited to come home and play the game i've waited years for, i can't imagine what new customers must be thinking. you go the store on launch day, drop $40 on game, and go home only to find you can't even log into it?

i'll patiently wait and hope they get this sorted out. i'll continue to pay for any subscription or expansion they release. i'll attempt to log in time after time for hours until i get in or they shut the servers down. sadly, i'm used to it now...but, for the love of god, communicate with us! give us some hope...
