I think you may mean a Catch 22 but I may be wrong.The point, however, is that if people didn't do that in the first place, we wouldn't have this problem. It's one of those funny things, I forget the word for it, where the reason for the problem is also the outcome of the problem. Anyways, idlers are standard in MMO's, and when you launch a game, that is not a thing you want on day one. You need something in place to kick them out, even if only for the first week or two, just to keep the server traffic moving.
It is incredibly frustrating. I had to leave in the middle of a Sastasha run, and now I can't log back in. This was 5 hours ago. :<
Thankfully, I get home in the middle of most people's work shifts, so I should be able to log back in tomorrow.
