Naoki Yoshida and his team already know about the server problems that NA/EU is currently having and Naoki Yoshida even burst into tears on stage, Now for all those people flaming and not even stopping to think should be ashamed

Now for those who flaming stop and chill and stop giving soo much stress towards the development team as they r trying there hardest to fix the situation

Naoki Yoshida didnt expect to have sooo many people to come to final fantasy and thus is why there is massive server problems on EU/NA and to get badmouth and people going overboard of the situation is pretty bad tbh

Now just be patient its only the first day of official release and they r already working on it cause the more stress u give the team the more likely it will take longer to fix due to stress overload

Tired of being patient. Was patient through the open beta played 15 minutes before getting locked out. Was patient for early access played for 45 before error 9000 then error 1017. Launch day... played 1 hour at 3:45 AM PDT error 9000 again back to 1017. Done being patient. Done with the apologies.

he didnt predict for his game to be soooo popular already and people flaming should be ashamed with them selves

final fantasy is very popular in japan so it makes more sence to have more servers there

Seriously? If they were this unprepared, what are they doing in charge in the first place? Second, those tears weren't because of criticism, so stop the BS. Third, if people payed money for a game they can't play, they have every right to be angry.

Yep... Been several days and still cant log into game due to 1017..... I dont know why I thought it would be different today. I have 3 days left on my "Trial", Lets see if I can play b4 that runs out. If not, fuck SE. Preorder was bs then.

Exactly. He wasnt tearing up because we couldnt play. Those were tears of joy when he realized they've succeeded in fooling us into buying the game again....
All jokes aside, almost EVERY mmo launch has problems of this nature on day 1. WoW, EQ2, D3 ect...Then after a few days all the kinks get worked out. It's been the same way with every mmo

I'm sorry I'm not going to feel sorry for some guy crying his eyes out cause he was an idiot. All the server problems they are having were infact 100% avoidable. SE knew exactly how many people were going to play and still they did nothing to make sure their severs could handle the load. On top of that when they sat there and looked at it they said "Uh better make sure people that payed us don't play our game." and decided to make 1017 and prevent people from playing just to "Fix the issue". Sorry but I have no sympathy for a company that sits and does nothing and when they do do something that something is deny people of a product they payed for.
