I think we're reasonable people and can understand if they're having issues, but keeping us updated requires virtually no programming and is a basic staple of customer service.For whatever it is worth, I think the one thing that would make the largest impact would be more transparency on what precisely is being done to remedy the problem. When they are quiet, and with repeated cut offs being enforced while underlying problems (Log-out timer) are unaddressed thus far it only increases speculation and frustration of the player base.
I do not hold YoshiP accountable directly, but there still needs to be some more representation than apologies and vague "we're working on it" notices.
